This is both hilarious, and offensive. I have cousins with AS, and friends who're autistic, all of whom complain that people treat them like this. Still goddamned funny, though.
I used to enjoy TNG as a child. But now I find that TSG is not very good. Did you know that Patrick Stuart was also in I, Claudius (1976)? He comes from near where I was born.
You do this right after I closed the doors to my room and watched an episode on the internet last night in the dark and with earphones. I haven't watched in a long time. I didn't think anyone would know
Dianna Troy was the only character that wasn't a monster. She would tell us things like "That Klingon is not as mad as he seems, He just likes perpetuating a stereotype" and "This creature is sad, because we just killed its family".
I like Star Trek and I just got a job babysitting autistic children. I have much to think about.
And does that line on Picard's forehead signify that he is bald? What about people with no lines at all?
like your seinfeld comic, i didn't get the context of who the characters are/what they sound like etc. until i read the comments. so, reading it the second time is a completely different experience.
the first go-through, i thought the main guy here was john malkovich, for pretty much no reason. it was quite good.
Same here. I made the unfounded conclusion that these were people in group therapy or a seminar and that Data visited suddenly. It's like having two comics in one, very funny the first time, funny and mindblowing the second. Deanna Troi: an alien that can perceive the feelings of others and not exploit them. Those crazy aliens and their special abilities!
I grew up watching this when it came out, every episode from #1 on. I was 6 years old then, so I always assumed it was probably written for someone at that age level.
I hate that yu killed/stabbed the dog in yr dog story line. Makes me sad. Sadder than before at least. I made the mistake of dating someone with aspergers once. Will not do that again. Yeah yeah. I know they are people too. But what a*holes! ~fdt
There is a person with Asperger's living in my mirror. She's pretty okay, though it can be annoying always reminding her to look people in the eye. Then reminding her to STOP looking people in the eye so she doesn't seem like a serial killer! Sheesh!
Never thought about Star Trek in this way. Now I think I need to watch it again?

There is another clip of Patrick Stewart crying on Jonathon Ross, because of his real accent, couldnt find it though.

Also what were you expecting from a comic with 'sad' in the title?
