new shert?:

(first set of stairs on the front, second would go on the back)

i think i'm leaning towards brown/red on some kind of green. and i'm leaning towards the light blue/green "sea foam" possibly because the american apparel model looks so grumpy:

further greenin' it up: LIME:

and GRASS:

so i am trying to decide on how green i should go i guess.

ALSO, enough people have e-mailed me about putting the "art history" design on a shirt, that i think i am going to. are you guys interested in something real minimalist, like black on white:

or maybe a little bit more showy like red on teal or some other kinda punchy colors hmm:

what do you think of that

bird names - nobody loves me

I like the lime. It's cheerful, and, therefore, kinda ironic.

grass and the showy punchy; too much contrast and it feels like wearing signboards and not clothing.

I like the lighter greens, the last one you showed looked a bit too dark.

And definitely black on white for the art history! It's more punctual that way.

I love the art history drawing, but I would never wear a black-on-white t-shirt. Even a light gray would be better, just so long as it doesn't look like the typical white tee I'd get at a walkathon or for donating blood or something.

While I'm busy giving you bad advice and being wrong, I like the "sea foam." The light colors make the shirt look even more bleak, which fits with the dude/steps situation you have going on.

Much like with your it is difficult to be alive shirt, i will be compeled to purchase the art history shirt, so I have to say that white tshirts are "meh". If going for the minimalist, I feel some light pastel may be an improvement, but honestly the best part of your other shirt are the colours. do more shit like that, I don't know, you're the expert here.

I'm not into white t-shirts, but I very much want that history of art shirt for my own. So I'm going to say, "Punchy."

I would probably buy the art history shirt. I'm leaning towards the b&w but maybe a different color combo would tickle my fancy, just not sure what it would be.

ART shirt I like the white/black. I hate the blue/red because yes, it is punchy, but it is punching my eyes. I like my eyes.

Even better than the white/black, light grey/black or light oatmeal/black.
(Or even light blue/black.)

I actually like the last one (orange on blue?).

I also think the turtle comic would make a cool shirt.

Count this as another vote for turtle shirt. I would buy that.

I like the idea someone above said about the art history on a light grey too.

What about white on black for the Art History? Seems a lot of people aren't liking the white shirt, but one doesn't have to be a hipster to wear black, though it is vaguely double ironic that way.

I was going to say maybe white on black too. It keeps the minimalism while getting rid of the objection to a white shirt.

I like the lighter green, and the black on white for art.

Though I like the blue shirt. Maybe white on blue? I like blue shirts, but the punchiness is a wee too punchy.

So, are the stairs going to turn out to be another tease like the cliff shirt? I like black shirts with white writing. I doubt I'd buy something in a pastel, and the red on teal is painful to look at.

I don't see a difference between the sea foam and lime, but I like either over the darker green. I also prefer the B&W over R&B. Red on blue hurts my eyes after awhile (maybe that's the point?).
